We accept payments through credit card (American Express,Maestro, Mastercard, Visa), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact and iDeal. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.
This depends on the method you have chosen at checkout. If your credit card is authorised, payments will be taken immediately. Otherwise, payment will not be taken and we will email you to let you know the issue.

Shipping & delivery
All orders from Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

If you live in EU you should receive your package 24h after your order. For the rest of the world, the estimate delivery should take 3 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed for certain territores.
We only ship through courier express-delivery.

Return & refund

Usually it takes from 1 to 5 business days for your parcel to delivered back to Luxuryeyewear.net warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as we process it.
Your refund will be automatically sent back to the payment method you used in your original order. This procedure usually takes around 3 business days.
At the moment we don’t offer exchanges, sorry. The only way to have a new product is to wait for your refund and place a new order.
