How do I know if I am buying genuine eyewear? Plus

At Luxuryeyewear.net, we only stock genuine products and we buy them directly from the brands. We don’t deal with fakes and you will receive a certificate of authenthicity with every purchase.

Do your glasses have a warranty? Plus

Yes! We provide 2-years warranty for manufactury faults. If you’re having troubles with something unrelated please write an email to our customer service.

Are the products you’re selling immediately available for shipping? Plus

Yes! You can see how many units are in stock under theitem’s description. Our management system keeps the website updated in real time.

How do I know if your glasses fit me? Plus

You can find the product’s measurements in the productdescription. However, if you need further help feel free to write us in the Live Chat box. We will get back at you asap!

No. Sorry but we don’t offer this service at the moment.

How can I pay for my purchase? Plus

We accept payments through credit card (American Express,Maestro, Mastercard, Visa), Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact and iDeal. We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us.

When will I be charged for my order? Plus

This depends on the method you have chosen at checkout. If your credit card is authorised, payments will be taken immediately. Otherwise, payment will not be taken and we will email you to let you know the issue. 

Are my personal details safe when ordering from Luxuryeyewear.net? Plus

Yes, your details are 100% safe with us. We use the safest systems online at the moment.

I need to buy a gift for someone. Can you gift-wrap my order? Plus

All orders from Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day.

If you live in EU you should receive your package 24h after your order. For the rest of the world, the estimate delivery should take 3 business days. Please note that due to COVID-19, deliveries may be delayed for certain territores.

Return & refund

How do I know if you received my parcel back? Plus

Usually it takes from 1 to 5 business days for your parcel to delivered back to Luxuryeyewear.net warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as we process it.

How long does a refund take? Plus

Your refund will be automatically sent back to the payment method you used in your original order. This procedure usually takes around 3 business days.

Can I return an item for exchange instead of a refund? Plus

At the moment we don’t offer exchanges, sorry. The only way to have a new product is to wait for your refund and place a new order.
